The Board of Directors consists of 10 members, including the President of IsDB as the ex-officio Chairman. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and General Manager of ICD is also a member of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors is responsible mainly for the approval of project financing proposals, operations' strategy, budgets, and the general conduct of the operations of ICD, within the powers delegated to it by the General Assembly. The Members of the Board of Directors are :
