1- Mr. Basel A. Haj-Issa
 Jordanian national, officially joined ICD as a Director of Unit Investment Fund in March, 2008. He has Bachelor Science Degree in mathematics and MBA from Marshall University, Huntington, West Virginia, USA. Before joining ICD, Mr. Basel spent 6 years as an Executive Director of the Department of Planning & Business Development, Arab Islamic Bank in Palestine. He also worked as Financial Manager with Marshall University Research Corporation, Huntington, WVA, USA, Budget Officer Analyst at Century Investment Group, Amman, Jordan and four years as a Director of Monitoring and Evaluation with Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development, Amman, Jordan.

2-Mr. Buba K.A. Barrow
  is from the Gambia and joined ICD on April 7, 2008 as a Resource Management Officer. He is an Associate of the Association of Accounting Technicians (UK) and a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (UK). Before joining the IDB he worked with the Gambia Government Treasury from 1984 to 1992 and Standard Chartered Bank (G) Limited from 1992 to 1997. He also worked with the Arab Gambian Islamic Bank Limited where he had been working as the Head of Finance since 1997. As head of finance Mr. Barrow was responsible for the overall financial strategy of the Bank.

3- Mr. Ersegun Kayhan
 Turkish national, joined ICD on January 17, 2008. He holds a BSc. in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University, Turkey and an MPA/International Development from Harvard University, the USA. Before joining ICD, Mr. Kayhan worked 1 year in production sector in Ankara, also worked at Citibank, Istanbul as a personal banker, responsible from individual investment instruments, for one and a half years. Then he worked at Central Bank of Turkiye for 6 years in Foreign Relations Department dealing with operations between the IMF, the World Bank and other international institutions and Turkey. He also worked at the World Bank, Indonesia as a short-term consultant on establishing a heritage fund to accumulate the savings from natural resources of Aceh.

4 - Ms. Batoul Alam
Syrian/French National, joined ICD in the Investment Operation Department on February 9, 2008. She holds a BA in International Business and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Liverpool John Moores University, the United Kingdom. Before joining ICD, Batoul worked as a Commercial Attaché at the Economic Mission in the French Consulate, Jeddah, with various responsibilities that included undertaking market analysis through field surveys, as well as undertaking some business-matching to developing French-Saudi investment relations. Prior to that she was involved in various independent assignments that included the undertaking of a feasibility study on the Premium Airline Industry for a local travel agency.

5- Mr. Himmatilla Borie
 Uzbek national, joined ICD as an Investment Officer in March 2008. He has an MSc Degree in International Economics and Strategy from University of St. Andrews, Scotland, UK and BA Degree in Economics from National University of Uzbekistan. Prior to joining ICD, Mr. Boriev has successfully completed the Young Professionals Training Program of the IDB, having first and second rotational trainings in International Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC) as a Trade Finance Officer and in Risk Management Department (RMD) of IDB as a Risk Analyst. Before joining the IDB Group, Mr. Boriev worked for Nema JV as an investment analyst and for Berk Co. Ltd as a financial analyst in Uzbekistan.

6- Mr. Ezekiel Chidi Odiogo
a Nigerian, joined ICD as YP in February, 2008. He holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Masters (with Distinction) in IT in E-commerce/E-business from the University of Bradford, UK, and Masters in Management of Information Systems at the London School of Economic (LSE), UK. Before joining IDB, Mr. Odiogo started his career with Shell, and was charged with the management of a portfolio of business critical systems. He is one of UNESCO Global Fellows, and carried out a project on ICT Policy & Strategy for Economic Competitiveness for UNESCO, France, at The LSE, and the African Development Bank (AfDB), Tunisia. He also had a stint as a Business Analyst for a leading UK energy company, Npower Business Energy, UK. Mr Odiogo is a qualified Information Systems Auditor and holds a Prince2 Project Management qualification.
